What is the Educational and Developmental Assessment?

Comprehensive assessment and report for children and adolescents aged 2-18, administered by an AHPRA-registered educational psychologist. Assessed in Mandarin Chinese or English.

What’s assessed in the Educational and Developmental Assessment?

A comprehensive assessment package will be created by our registered educational psychologist tailored to each client’s unique needs. Assessment will be administered and completed in multiple sessions. The report, signed by a registered educational psychologist, is well-recognised and can be supplied as legal, educational or administrative supporting evidence.

How to take the assessment?

2: Our client support team will get in touch with you to book an initial session with our educational psychologist

3: Attend the session and the psychologist will create an assessment plan tailored to your child’s needs

4: Attend the assessment sessions and a comprehensive report will be created for you

5: Your psychologist will present and explain the results and give advice on next steps to support your child

6: The assessment can be administered in Mandarin Chinese or English

Beryl (she/her/hers) is qualified for psychological counselling in China and Australia. Beryl worked as a psychology teacher and counsellor at Jinan University (China) for ten years, counselled more than 500 university students and staff, and with more than 3000 hours of professional counselling experience. She’s specialized in personal development, emotional regulation, children and adolescence developmental psychology, parent-child relationship, and cross-cultural family/relationship/marriage counselling. 

Beryl was awarded a Master of Educational Psychology degree from Monash University (AUS) in 2021, and registered with AHPRA psychology board of Australia as a General Psychologist.

Beryl’s native in Chinese and fluent in English. LGBTQ+ friendly.
