Sarah (she/her/hers) is finishing her final year of Master of Clinical Psychology.  Sarah has worked as a provisional psychologist under supervision in public health services, private practice, and educational settings, and provides passionate counselling support to individuals across the lifespan and from various cultural backgrounds.


Sarah undertakes a collaborative and holistic person-centred approach in therapy and draws upon an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy (ST).  Sarah has worked with clients who struggle with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, and cultural identity challenges.


Sarah is warm, non-judgemental, and approachable in her practice and is passionate in providing clients with a comfortable space for exploration and reflection. As an Asian practitioner born in Australia, Sarah understands and empathises with the transitional and cultural challenges faced by persons of non-Australian background.

Sarah conducts her therapy sessions in her native language English, however, can speak Mandarin proficiently. 


Sarah has a special interest in Schema Therapy and is passionate in helping individuals better understand the ways their childhood experiences may have shaped their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours later in life
