Lily (she/her/hers) is a counsellor with adequate knowledge of mental health concerns across different ages. She is experienced in providing a range of counselling support services in both group and one-on-one settings. She has worked with a range of people who have experienced trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, and other hardships. She is passionate about using a holistic and intuitive approach when supporting individuals in developing a deeper awareness and understanding of themselves. 
 
Apart from working as a counsellor, she is also working as a specialist family violence practitioner, supporting individuals and families in crisis.
