Eva (She/Her/Hers) is a warm, caring, and passionate counsellor dedicated to providing support to individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, career stress, family or relationship issues. She is skilled in creating a safe, trust and comfortable space for clients to freely talk about their difficult feelings and experiences.

Eva adopts an empathetic, client-centred, and integrated approach to support you in navigating life challenges, with a strong emphasis on your strengths. She is trained and experienced in using CBT, ACT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and solution-focused therapy, while tailoring her interventions to individuals’ unique needs. Eva’s objective in counselling is to help individuals improve self-awareness, gain deeper insights into their problems, and learn to cope with them more effectively. 

Eva believes that people thrive in the face of adversity, and she serves as a supportive guide and witness on your journey of growth and recovery. Eva has a keen interest in working with young people and elders. She is also interested in Narrative Therapy and thus loves to listen to the unique and vivid stories you bring to the sessions. 

With a master’s degree in counselling and a psychology background, Eva is equipped with solid knowledge and professional skills in offering counselling services to individuals with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Change begins within the moment you decide to seek help.
