As a daily mindfulness practitioner, Ariana has been participating in the Power of Awareness training, Mindful Self-compassion Program and silent meditation retreats. Ariana has completed 1000+ hours of mindfulness practice.


Ariana has been in 200+ hours of Hakomi mindfulness-based psychotherapy professional training from the Hakomi Institute of California. She has also completed 200+ hours of psychological therapy session practice and regularly received personal development training and professional supervision.


Ariana was diagnosed with leukemia and experienced chemotherapy and a blood marrow transplant in 2013. The past health history has empowered Ariana to deeply understand patients with severe health conditions and their families. Between the years 2021 and 2022 at the Women’s and Children's Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, Ariana applied her warm empathy and client-centred service to support many patients who experience difficulties with communication and mental health to build their inner strength and achieve their goals. 


After immigrating to Australia, Ariana became a student of the Master of Speech Pathology. She has provided evidence-based assessments and interventions to people with communication impairments across a range of public and private sectors. She has experience in providing mental health support to adults who stutter to help them eliminate stuttering and improve their quality of life. On International Stuttering Day in 2022, Ariana conducted an oral presentation to Chinese people who stutter, emphasising the importance of psychological therapy in achieving the communication goal of adults who stutter.
